CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.INTRODUCTION
The commercial relations between Venice Leather SNC. And buyers are exclusively governed by the following conditions of sale,and excludes any other agreement, unless agreed in writing.
The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and Venice Leather SNC. takes place in Italy and is regulated by the relevant Italian Law and European Distance Selling Regulations.
2.TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The technical information resident on the website,www.veniceleather.com, are subject to changes and adjustments without notice.
3. ORDERS
Orders will only be accepted in written form by e-mail (internet) filling in all the fields of the format as required .Venice Leather reserves the right to accept orders online only after verifying the reliability of the data provided.
4.PRICE LIST
All prices listed on the current price list are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT .All the prices on the above list result in an automatic update without the obligation to give prior notice .
5.PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
Through our Paypal account,send a request for money equal to the amount of the order by entering the email address connected to the customer’s paypal account.Venice Leather
S.r.l accept paymants in euros ,with the bank and credit card.
6.SHIPPING ,DELIVERY AND RATES
Shipments will be made by Venice Leather SNC,but at the expens of the customer and under the responsability of the carrier.Delivery times depend exclusively on the kind of shipment selected by the customer,on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual customs inspections.
In case the payment is made through bank transfer the order will be processed as soon as the amount will be credited.Venice Leather SNC,declines all the responsibility after the goods have been delivered to the carrier.
7.INTEGRITY OF THE GOODS
At the time of delivery ,the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and correspondence with the quantity and quality as specified in the accompanying document.
If the delivered products show defects,the buyer will have to pick up the goods to,and contact Venice Leather SNC,no later than 48 hours after delivery,sending an email with a photo of the defects found and a photo of the accompanying document to the following address:

8.CUSTOMS CHARGES
The payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the customer and the amount is calculated according to the law of the country of destination of the shipment. Customs charges will be communicated by the courier once the shipment has arrived at its destination. In case that the charges are not paid and ,for this reason ,the shipment is abandoned or refused,shipping charges and customs charges will be deducted from the total amount of the order and you will only be refunded the difference.
9.RESPONSIBILITY THIRD PARTY
The customer undertakes to indemnify Venice Leather SNC,from any dispute with the end user.The buyer assumes the obligation to check in advance the quality of the products.It is expressly understood that Venice Leather SNC ,undertakes,only as required by warranty clause,only in respect of its first buyer.The buyer undertakes to explain to his client the limits of liability of Venice Leather SNC
10. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
All products that Venice Leather SNC sells are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005.
To benefit of the assistance under warranty, the Customer must keep the fiscal receipt or invoice (or the DDT) that will be received by e-mail in PDF electronic format.
The manufacturer’s conventional warranty is provided in the way described in the warranty documentation included in the product packaging.
In case of problems, the client undertakes to contact Venice Leather SNC directly, sending an e-mail with a photographic description of the problem to the following address : support@veniceleather.com
In the case that the conformity defect reported is checked as existing, Venice Leather SNC will repair/replace the product or reduce the price, without charge for the customer.
If it is impossible to repair or replace the product, the price paid will be refunded.
If, following intervention by the Authorised Service Centre, the defect reported is not covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any transport and intervention costs incurred by Venice Leather SNC. This warranty applies only to the direct purchaser and does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear (the product must be used properly, in accordance with its intended use), accident, abuse or normal loss of color and wear of materials.
Damage to packages caused by handling by airlines and shipping companies is not covered by this warranty (in which case requests should be addressed directly to the relevant airline or shipping company).
Venice Leather SNC will charge the customer for all expenses incurred in checking the product and shipping it, if the product is undamaged, functional and free of conformity defects reported by the customer and referable to the date of delivery of the same.
11.GOVERNING LAW
The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and Venice Leather SNC takes place in Italy and is regulated by the relevant Italian Law and European Distance Selling Regulations(1). In the case of disputes, the competent court will be the Court of Venice.
12.RESTRICTIVE CLAUSE
In accordance with and for the benefit of articles 1341, 1342 of the Italian Civil Code and Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer declares that he/she has read, understood and expressly approved the provisions of the clauses in paragraphs 6,7,8,9,10 of this contract.
13. RETURN AND REFUNDS
VENICE LEATHER SNC guarantees a full refund with the exception of import duties and local
taxes.You can return a product to VENICE LEATHER only within 10 days of receiving your
order.The refund will be issued within 15 days upon receiving the returned product .
Products returned with damage or without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refund .
Customers who have an account should open a procedure from the dedicated area in their
personal page .For the customers who have renounced to create an account this procedure it’s
impossible .

VENICE LEATHER reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to
sender.
If an unauthorized return is accepted ,VENICE LEATHER will deduct up to 20% administrative /re
-stocking from the price , or the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
In case of free return ,VENICE LEATHER SNC will provide prepaid label.If a different label is used
,the shipping cost of the return will not be reimbursed.
The entire process of a shipment depends on more factors:
1. The availability of the products ordered.
2. In case the payment is made through Bank transfer the order will be dispatched as soon as the
amount will be credited.
3. Delivery times depend exclusively on the transit times provided by the shippers and on
eventual clearance delays .
